Programme of 10 sessions (2 per week) of 30 minutes each, to strengthen your back, rebuilding the suppleness, to get to your fitness back or improve your sporting performance. An initial assessment of your physical condition will enable you (together with your sports coach) to establish a personal fitness programme, after which you can come along to your sessions at any time to suit yourself.
